I think this 问题 has been asked before so i'll copy what i remember of the answer i read LOL
I think they way to become a die-hard/dedicated 粉丝 to a single club is to post as much as 你 can. However i believe if 你 just post/comment one word syllables it doesn't work. I think you're posts and 评论 etc have to be reliable and a great length :s
你 could try sending snugglebum a message as she is a dedicated 粉丝 on the 火影忍者 spot :) She may be able to tell 你 how she managed it :P

First of all, read link article, it will answer 问题 about 奖章 for you. And from personal experience, it doesn't take the much to get medals, but it really varies. I've gotten dedicated 奖章 in like a few days of being active 或者 a few weeks. The die-hard and fanatics take a lot longer though.

as babyblud said, it involves posting alot and praying that everyone else likes it! if i recall correctly, the secret lies in how much people rate your submissions!
