How did Michael Scofield die? Cause I think I missed something. The last thing was that he was talking on the 海滩 with Sarah and then the 4 years later part went on. Could somebody explain to me how he died?

I loved the last two episodes but I hated the end.. everybody lived happily ever after.. and everyone got what they diserved except Michael (and Sara).. I didn't like that ending at all!!
RIP Michael Scofield!
