Giovanni's a awesome character.

I pick Misty, mostly because, from my perspective, she reminds me of me a little. :) However, there are some differences between us, such as the hair color. Also, unlike Misty, I have no problem with Bug-type Pokémon (except for Pinsir).

Of course, although Misty has a fear of Bug-type Pokémon, that does not mean she dislikes all of them — just those that do not fit her views on beauty. Basically, there are some Bug-type Pokémon that Misty does like, such as those she calls “cute” or “pretty” (like Butterfree, Ledyba and Beautifly), some that belong to her friends (like Tracey’s Venonat and Ash’s Heracross) and the Bug-type Pokémon that don’t look like bugs (such as Pineco, which looks like a pine cone).
