I hate to be negative but me and few of my 老友记 believe some of the 文章 about Pokemon B2/W2 being the last games, and the reason for this is about the name of the games and the order of it.

First: Colors

Third: Gems
Ruby
Sapphire
Emerald

Ds
First: Minerals
Pearl
Diamond
Platinum

Final: Color
Black
White
Black 2
White 2

It was like a cycle:
Color >> Minerals >> Gems >> Minerals >> Colors


We also believe that if there is going to be any new Pokemon games they will probably be remakes of Ruby/Sapphire.
