Mark and Jeremy decide to throw one last party before the birth of Sophie's baby, hoping it will provide them with an opportunity to reignite their relationships with Dobby and Elena.

Mark discovers that Jeremy's girlfriend Elena has a guilty secret. But should he tell him when Jez is clearly so happy? In addition to this, Alan Johnson offers Mark the chance to go into business with him.

Jeremy realises he is in 爱情 with Elena and resolves to be less selfish in the hope of winning her over. Whilst Mark is trying desperatly to find a job to support Sophie

Mark makes a final play for Dobby, the object of his desires. Meanwhile, Jeremy meets a new love, Russian émigré Elena. Both guys are determined to impress, but one of them is an expectant father.

Newly promoted Mark decides to enjoy his power and wealth 由 finding Jeremy a job in the office. Things are also looking good for Mark in his pursuit of Dobby, the company IT girl. However, a routine 火, 消防 drill puts his plans into total disarray.

Things are going well for Mark after he gets promoted. Jez is feeling depressed, as he and Super Hans make a living busking. they decide to make fun of the people in a mysterious new religious movement, but instead end up joining the cult.

Jez and Super Hans get a manager, Cally, to organise a 演出, gig for their new band. Mark meets Cally and begins to think that she is "the one". The band learns that they are being forced to play at a Christian rock festival.

Jez's aunt dies, leaving him a possible inheritance of £20,000 and he finds a gun among her belongings. Jez's mother comes with her new boyfriend Martin, a military man that Jez hates but Mark respects greatly hoping to write his memoirs.
