I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the 《绿箭侠》 and Oliver 皇后乐队 and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and 《绿箭侠》 but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC 吻乐队（Kiss） in the 20 或者 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5

I hope 射线, 雷 Palmer doesn't come between Oliver and Felicity i want their romance with the slow burn and when 射线, 雷 leaves in the 14th episode 或者 at the end of it . I read that 射线, 雷 Palmer is Felicity's ex boyfriend and he's going ti get in the way of Felicity relationship with Oliver. I hope Felicity goes out with 射线, 雷 and hurt Oliver. Not meant as bashing but I don't get the whole 'Oliver and Laurel' thing. I really don't see how he could be in 爱情 with her 或者 why she would ever have any romantic feelings for him again... after all he was cheating on 月桂树 with her own sister, which inevitably caused her sister's death. I can't understand that fandom 或者 its shippers because of that.
