Sakura and Naruto's relationship, while very, very deep, is platonic. That's not to say he doesn't pine for her. But when they do interact, the bond is very strong, but platonic.

I think it should be Sakura because they both are comrades and know each other. If Hinata dates 火影忍者 she would have a hard time, maybe most of the time she would faint and could even speak to Naruto.
火影忍者 is the main charcter, so he should be able to get his way, and 火影忍者 likes Sakura. Just because Hinat loves him doesn't mean she will get him. Hinata hardly even gets time in the show.
