who thinks that this whole other side of derek is good?
i mean it's bad, but put it this way. Meredith will see how amazing he really is compared to how's he acting now .. I think it's a good thing for Mer cuz its gonna show her trying on her side of the relationship (and obviousley we know that doesnt happen a lot)
