I think we need to have some rules here :)

The size is 800x100 and it will be chose by a pick as always.
You can use any photos of Lisa you want.
We shouldn't accept more than two entries because then it will be like a thousand options to choose. If someone submited or will submit more banners it's fine, but please decide which one or two will it be and post it.
