How do 你 talk like stitch?!

I have been trying since i was in like 2nd grade. im not in 7th!!! so can anyone tell me how to talk like him??

Its not something everyone can do..
It should be harder if 你 are a girl, cause a guy voices Stitch. However use your throat.
