Is Kawaii owned 由 Iwako?

Because the other 日 I ordered some erasers online, and it 说 'Made 由 Iwako'. But when they came in the mail, one of the little packages 说 'Kawaii'. And it was in the same font...but I don't know. Because I collect Iwako. And now I have to Kawaii. So I'd like to know if they're 由 the owned 由 the same company 或者 whatever. Thanks.
