Tony is probably way too nice and hes stuttering sometimes, but thats so CUUUUUUUUUUUTE <3
Additionally he has two deformed fingers on his right hand.

I always melt when he starts to stutter <333

ok Knepper is: talking way to much, never paying attention = not listening, bored all the time, arrogant, egoistic, narcissistic, unfaithful, creepy and has a huge ego.
