Duh. And before any idiotic Twilight fans (Twihards, not Twilighters in general) talk about physical attractiveness here: IT DOES NOT FUCKING MATTER. That is incredibly shallow, and 'hawtness' has no effect on the powers and abilities of either Lord Voldemort or Aro.
So yeah. No one gives a damn who's 'ugly' and who's 'hawt.' So shut up about it.
Aro's not even violent, or crazy, or completely out of his mind. He's BORING. plus, we never learn about his oast or how he became part of the Volturi, he's just another shallow 2-D character that Twilight seems to be filled with. Voldemort on the other hand, is so deep, you can write a phychological profile on him! We learn about his past and what happened that made him the way he is.
And if we are talking about evilness(hehe, not sure if that's a word) then voldemort is way more vile than Aro. Aro is just some anoying governmetn leader that everyone hates, Voldemorts is a mass murderer with an army of sick-minded people who especialize in torture and causing as much despair and hopelesness as possible. Not only that, but before he even turned 17, he had murdered more than once and one of those people included his own father.

No, I think Aro was just a neutral character. But Voldemort wins this one, he kills and tortures people, his followers, the Death Eaters took over the Ministry of Magic, and even just that picture for that choice is creepy to look at.
