I need your 建议

so I want to get my hair cut but im not sure how. maybe layers at the front? 或者 jennifer anniston? as 你 can see my hair has a strange wave too it (do not mistake the ponytail crease for the wavy part). It is very thick and I don't want it any shorter. What do 你 think?
