Do you guys know if artistic gymnastics need more muscules? My friend is a huge gymnastics fan and she got me into this as well. I'm even trying to intwrwst my 7 year old daughter in it. When I watch the competition and see how gracious these girls are in their shiny link
I get stunned. I talked to one of the coaches and he said there is a particular body build but it's nessesary only on a professional level. Does anyone know anything about it?
