What methods are there of reporting glitches on this website?

Whenever I find a glitch on this website, I normally just ask about it in this club. There have been some glitches ongoing for months though, so I was wondering if there were better ways to 报道 them. Though probably others have already used those methods....

Glitches:
1. We haven't been able to change our 个人资料 backgrounds for several months. I haven't tried changing a banner 或者 buying anything else with 金牌 - do those work?
2. I can add gifs in some clubs, but not in others. I think maybe it's to do with whether the club is official 或者 pending.
