Not sure if i understand 你 correctly but to become a 粉丝 of someone 你 go to their 个人资料 and underneath their name and 描述 你 will find a little green 交叉, 十字架 labeled "Add to fanlist" click that and you're a fan. the user will receive a message telling them that 你 fanned them. if 你 want to no longer be a 粉丝 read this link
