One of the reasons I believe the 'Eye of Jupiter'/'Rapture', s3, (the end of 'Rapture', in particular) to be among the most crucial points for Lee's character and Lee/Dee dynamics development, is precisely because the outcome of that story, as far as Lee is concerned, was about wake-up calls and the beginning of his journey to let go long-standing self-delusions.
