He may, considering some hints ;) For example the night Thomas molested him, he seemed to 吻乐队（Kiss） back before waking up and freaking out. Overcompensating 由 flirting with Ivy the 下一个 morning might be taking O'Brian's 建议 to make a big fuss 或者 else others will think he enjoyed it, but might be his confusion as well. And he only uses women for gain (for example his former employer) being aware of his charms and taking advantage of it, so he may not like women that way.
He's definitely insecure about something. He seems to be overcompensating and flaunting his masculinity around. And it's pretty obvious he's not really into Ivy, but he's using her as a shield. If he's not having an internal battle about his feelings for Thomas, I honestly don't know what else it could be.
Ever since the episode where James comes to Downton, I've been looking at them carefully and rewatching series 3 and 4 again, I think there might be a possibillity that Jimmy has grown on Thomas so much he sees a different side of him and realises that he could be in 爱情 with him, longer than he has ever realised. But they both know that it is bloomin dangerous to be "together" together but I'm sure it will work out, they are 老友记 and that is fine. But if Jimmy is going to hurt Thomas' feelings again, I WILL KICK HIS ARSE!!!
