Why is everyone saying that Rose loved drugs?

熊 in mind that Im a new Doctor Who fan.
So, I made a tumblr last week and there are pictures all over the blogs with captions "ROES LOVED DRUGS" and things like that.
I believe it's an inside joke, but Im not sure. Could anyone explain any further?

hmm :/ maybe it's david tennant haters/matt sith 爱人 and since rose was in a sort of romantic relationship with ten and thats why the pic of ten is there? :/
