Julie and Dick!

Hi guys, in preparation for the sequel 'Mary Poppins Returns'. Here is my review on the 1964 film!

The Film

I was really amazed 由 the visualisation of Mary Poppins, especially when 2D animations come to life considering this film was released in the swinging 60's and there were no CGI back then!
I knew Julie Andrews from The Sound of Music, which came out the 年 later after this film. But Mary Poppins was the first Julie Andrews' film I watched since my childhood days.
This film cheers me up, especially the songs because it's vibrant, colourful and interesting.

Nerds FTW. Can't help it. I 爱情 nerds. The best thing about Milo is that he's smart and ambitious. He's not afraid of adventure! He can also be very sweet.

There's just something about the scary guy that turns out to be a teddy 熊 that I find awesome. The beast is awazing. Although he looked better in his beast-mode than his actual human self.

Kovi is Epic! I 爱情 the movie because of the whole Romeo and Juliet thing they have going on. Two 爱人 meet, thier parents disapprove, and Romeo(Kovu) is banished. The good thing is that Kovu and kiara don't die...

The 1930's is when the first 迪士尼 movie came out...Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. I'm sure the people who could afford it rushed to the theatre to see it. Nowadays everybody has 迪士尼 Channel. This is just for fun. I enjoy these characters and it's only a joke!

Ariel- 你 have to change species in order to find the man of your dreams, even if he loves an evil sea witch, then, when 你 get married (at age 16), get pregnant as soon as 你 can and surprise your whole family 由 coming back from your honeymoon with a baby (at age 17)!

Recently, I have been doing lots of 迪士尼 research and I noticed something. The Princesses Ages......
Snow White= 14
Cinderella= 19
Aurora= 16
Ariel= 16
Belle= 19
Jasmine= 15 (going to be 16)
Pocahontas= 17-18 (1st movie)
Mulan= 16-20
Tiana= 19
Rapunzel= 18
There's a couple I would like to point out. Snow White, Aurora, Ariel, and Jasmine. Let's start with Ariel. She's 16 and wants to go and marry someone because of, but of course, true love....

Recently, a girl told me one of my 最喜爱的 movies, How To Train Your Dragon, which is a DreamWorks movie, was childish. She told me that 动画片 is childish, and for little kids. I told her she was wrong. Rennaisance Film vs Renaissance Film. Round 2

Yesterday, I did round 2 on the 5 remaining renaissance films, and some of the results were definitely not as predictable as round 1. 你 guys voted which one is better, and these are the results.
