After we watch her whole story, singing that "A Dream is a wish your heart makes", seeing all that poor girl has been through, and after that we see an ugly bitch locking her so she can't go for her prince is so terrible. You people are saying that "We can figure out her friends will do something to help her", but that makes no sense! You could eliminate every scene by that line (Maybe not John Smith leaving, but however). I'm not picking Belle's because "I can figure out that someone will help".
