She went to town just to borrow other book and read it. I never saw her actually doing something

All she does is read and stroll around town. She leads a very leisurely lifestyle without chores or tasks or any real commitment.

Unless modeling on top of cliffs is work, she seems to do whatever she wants and go where the wind takes her. Maurice gets Belle to hitch up Phillipe, feed the animals, and hand him tools while he works on inventions which is more than what Poca does in my eyes.

I think her or Belle. I don't think Ariel should go because she works very hard for her dreams, and Aurora takes care of plenty of chores with the fairies, so I don't think she should go either.

Yeah, at least Belle feeds the chickens.

You know, since Aurora does most, if not all, the cleaning and cooking, what did those fairies do for all those years?

The only thing we see Ariel work on is getting Eric, and personally I don't consider flirting and dancing with a hot guy hard work, even with a sinister deadline.

I dont see Aurora do anything pro-active.

I'm not sure. There's a scene where Pocahontas and Nakoma are picking corn when John Smith sneaks into their land at night. I guess Aurora does chores. Belle feeds the animals. Ariel tries to woo Prince Eric but you don't see her do chores in the movie.

its hard 2 say cuz she was hardly in the movie
i love the movie but i thought it was messed up tht aurora had no screen time & she is the main character!

I'm assuming Belle does some work- with a man-child for a father, she probably does most of the chores. Still, I think Ariel is a little more hardworking than her. With her endless determination, she just comes off that way.

I don't see hardworking as automatically meaning doing chores. So I'm a bit dissapointed Ariel is losing because she worked the hardest to get what she wanted.
