Although my opinion has changed a little about Elsa, she is NOT a good role model. She abandons all her responsibility and she doesn't seem at all responsible for the mess she created. Anna, however, took all the blame and loved her sister. She stood up for others. Yeah, I get she has an anxiety and crap, but as someone who has it myself, there are much better ways to deal with it besides running away. I think a moral she could have taught is running away doesn't solve anything.

Elsa's a great big coward who ran away from her problems, even her own sister and didn't even try to fix them herself.
