Since she's queen of the jungle, not princess so it's kind of would be a down grade for her.

I see her as more of a disney princess than merida. I love both but I never really thought merida fit in.

I really wish she was part of the franchise. She's awesome and technically has princess status.

I love Jane, and it would be cool if she was, but should she? No, because only Disney can decide that, and they chose not to put her in the line-up when they created it.

I adore Jane, but her story is based on a book! (And honestly, can't we finally stop this? I'm not happy about Merida being in the line-up, and I don't make polls to campaign her getting thrown out everyday. Just go with it).

fairy tales are usually ORAL folklore which has been written down at one point (The little Mermaid is the exception, since it actually is written by an author, but it imitates the fairy tale style)

Tarzan is a NOVEL. That's a big difference.

I totally LOOOOOVE Jane, but I do not see the need of her being a Disney Princess, since Disney obviously didn't make her a DP for a reason
