Jessikaroo picked Princess and the Frog:
10. Cinderella
9. Aladdin
8. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
7. ?

Please try to remove your bias and give concrete reasons why you view said movie as least feminist!

Sooo many people see fit to vote, but not even half of the voters comment. -_- This countdown is pretty much based on a small group of peoples opinions. COMMENT GOSH DARNIT.

EDIT: The more I think about it, the more I agree PatF should go. Still probably voting for Tangled after it leaves though.

rhythmicmagic picked Princess and the Frog:
Flynn is concerned for Rapunzel's independence. Both work together and gender doesn't really have anything to do with anything until the campfire scene, and even then, it doesn't affect anything. Sure, there are only three speaking females (the little girl putting the flower at the mosaic) but Flynn is the only male with a significant number of lines. Like Mulan, PATF seems to be focused more on gender inequality than equality to me, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, since it is addressing that it exists and is an issue, but I find Tangled to be more feminist.

the movie PATF actively works against Tiana to push the moral that Tiana should have stopped focusing on her dream and focused on love and a man. That's literally what it says.

I myself helped to push Tiana to second place in the most feminist PRINCESS countdown...but we are now talking about the movies, and this one work sagainst Tiana at every turn on the way.
Tangled shouldn't go, not considering that Rapunzel is the only princess who eventually ends up being the freaking regent of her country...not considering that she and Flynn are working together as equals every step on the way, not considering that Flynn definitly doesn't fall for her looks, but for her character.
Really, I don't see what is supposedly anti-feminist about this one...that Rapunzel wears pink clothes?
