How do 你 删除 people from your DeviantWATCH?

Go to their page. In the 最佳, 返回页首 right corner there will be a green box that says "watching" (it will be the same box 你 clicked to watch them in the first place) click on it to 编辑 what 你 watch 或者 unwatch them.
