Whatever happened to Bessie's baby?

She was pregnant and had the baby in S1, I don't remember if it was in S2, but... when they open the B&B in S3, there's no baby. I don't think we ever see 或者 hear about the baby again?

Bessie & Body's son was shown several times during the seasons. His name is Alexander. In season 4 for example when Pacey & Joey are alone in the B&B and Joey says that she has to 'baby sit' Alexander.
