Do we know who is the turner of Elena?

Okay basically i think 你 got what i meant.
I mean Meredith give her blood. But do we know who's blood was it?
I'm thinking that it's Damon's. I mean Meredith took it once; but we don't know if she had taken some others after that right?
On the pther hand what i'm pointing at is that although Elena doesn't want to be vampire, It's still a good thing that Damon's blood in her system and he's the turner of her.
Plus i'm soo excited for S4!
