I have found that avatars and 图标 are very important on fanpop, they can be simply a 照片 或者 picture that 你 like 或者 an 图标 that really represents 你 as an individual and even how 你 see 或者 would like to see yourself, 图标 also portray how other people see 你 as well and they are a great way of either remaining mysterious, 展示 yourself 或者 expressing the way 你 feel.
Pictures make the topic, adding them to your profile, banners, spot icons, as well as your picks, 文章 and the image section of spots. I've added pictures and 图标 to just about everything I contribute to on 潮流粉丝俱乐部 (ever since I worked out how to, lol) pictures really add an edge to anything and it makes 潮流粉丝俱乐部 the colorful place we all love.
