I hear they are making a fifth season in 2012. Does anyone know the date?

This is all the info but there is no specific date

As of right now, the only information is that it is comng out in 2012, and i'd say to not lose sleep over it, as it might no ever come, since many things on carton network don't live as long as that did, and some shows promised a final season but never got it. plus it might not be on cartoon network, as some minor cannels 显示 this cartoon/anime. all in all, i'd say e won't get much 更多 on a release 日期 until we get closer to what it is.
Ex: if it comes out in March, Cartoon network might 显示 a 预览 febuary.

We don't know exactly when Code Lyoko Evolution will come out yet. It is going into production in early 2012, so we think it will be out late 2012.

It came out December 19th. It's not animated. It's live action(except the Lyoko scenes)
