The general rule for the "Classic Disney" club seems to be pre-2000, but I solemnly swear that you will not be tossed into the Disney Dungeon for using the occasional newer thing. You can use your best judgment, and include whatever you consider a classic.

(But you will be silently judged for it by old crones like myself. XD)

I love that it starts with this one fish and we see other parts of the ocean and creatures as the music builds up and we see the mermaids. It sends a chill up my spine every time!

It was a tie between Peter Pan and Robin Hood for the longest time, but now Peter Pan pulls a little further ahead with every rewatch.

The movie is almost 40 years old and the animation mixed with live action still holds up beautifully, I still catch myself thinking the cartoon characters are really there interacting with the real people

Candleshoe. When I was little, and my dumb cousins would try to borrow it, I'd swap the VHS tape with something boring like The Sword and the Rose and be like "ok, here is my beloved Candleshoe, enjoooy... oops, how did that happen." XD

I think it'd be either Bedknobs and Broomsticks or Candleshoe, but I've also put some serious miles on Peter Pan, Robin Hood, Old Yeller, and Swiss Family Robinson.

-Casey Brown from Candleshoe, because she is a total badass who discovered that she could be a good person after she found people worth being good to.
-Pollyanna Whittier from Pollyanna, because she taught an entire town how to be happy with just a little joy and a lot of manipulation.

-Bianca from The Rescuers, because she is elegant and adventurous and gentle and caring and ugh shut up.
-Olivia from The Great Mouse Detective, because she is the absolute cutest.

Mary Poppins. Practically perfect in every way!

Funny story; I went to the store with my husband and they had some halloween stuff out. I pointed at something and said "Oh that's so cute!" ...It was a creepy doll with button eyes that gave off a Coraline/Tim Burton vibe. My husband looked at me like I was insane lol
