Nope. It is just recommended that someone else do it for you, but it is always nice to have a pastor do it. It makes the ceremony seem official. People can be baptized 由 friends, parents, church leaders, etc.
Depends on what branch and church you're a part of. Some say anyone can do it, so long as they use the correct method and are "believers", some say 你 can only be baptized 由 those who are baptized in that faith, and some say only someone who's ordained can do it.
