Lets talk canadian stereo types

Here's what I think:
1)Well, I don't mind...
2)I always do that. I can't help it. Not that it's a bad thing...
3)I totally disagree with this one. I do not say "eh". EVER. Neither do my friends, 或者 anyone I know.
4)Unless 你 count sitting at the computer every spare 秒 as staying fit, then no, not really. At least not for me.
5)I'll have 你 know, we have some REALLY hot summers here in NS.
6)Beavers and moose are okay, but definitely not my 最喜爱的 animals. And I HATE hockey. It's probably one of my least 最喜爱的 sports of all time.

i think its stupid i saw california on canada on youtobe and they know nothing like i don't say eh! at the end of every sentence.....

Well, I have alot of 老友记 in the states, and yes they do have some odd notions about us.

1) for the most part we are, but there are rude ones in every bunch.

2) again, some do not all
3) I 爱情 EH! I don't say it all the time tho, just on special occations!

4)don't really know on that one, ask health canada
5)not always but in northern canada it is alot!
6)Who doesn't 爱情 the animals, plus some great innuendo with the beavers, and hockey, well even if 你 don't like it we have so much of it it must be true! lol.

Most of them do not bother me, but.... that 'Eh?' thing really gets on my nerves.

1) Most of us are, but I do know many rude Canadians....

3) This one really gets on my nerves. I have NEVER heard anyone in my WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE say, "Eh?"
4) Uh.... some....?
5) Okay, yes, in some places it snows from October to April, but others, it rarely ever snows! I don't get it....
6) Yes, we do have beavers and moose, but we also have many other animals. Around where I live, we have foxes, badgers, cougars, horses, cows, mice, gophers, geese, sparrows and many others. And, yeah, yeah, yeah.... 'Hockey's the greatest sport ever!' 'I 爱情 hockey!' I do know it's the national sport, but personally.... I hate it!

Some of these are TOTAL lies. Not all Canadians are fit and strong. In facts some of Canadians I know are unhealthy and weak. Saying eh is not all true either. I mean I say eh but not all Canadians say 'eh'. Canada IS NOT ALWAYS SNOWY. That's the most offensive stereo type EVER at least to me. Beavers I can sort understand because that's the national animal of canada. The national sport of Canada is LACROSSE. I mean what's with all the hockey. We didn't invent hockey we just made it better. Lol.Also some and/or most Canadians(like me) either don't like hockey 或者 don't even know what it is. I used to play but only because everybody was being all sterotypical and forcing me to play. I don't play anymore. I HATE it. For the most part we are polite but there some rude ones ya know. Stupid stereo types. -.-' -.-*

My hubby is from Toronto.. and if these are typical Canadians... He is soooooo not typical !!!

1. We 爱情 to be nice and all, but there are some very rude people everywhere.

2) .. okay i will fall to this one. I say sorry all the time and it is a bad habit. I will say sorry to the other team while i am playing sports.

3) I don't think I have ever 说 eh with actually meaning to. I have really met few people that say that.

4) well forgive us that we don't deep fry everything we see -_-. But still, there are a lot of weak and over weight people here.

5 Fudge, it is freaking flooding in my province of Saskatchewan. if there is anything, it s that we get too much rain and sun throughout late Spring and Summer.

6) the 海狸 thing is only because of when settlers came and made hats out of 海狸 hides. i guess i do see alot of moose here though. And 你 DON'T ever want to see me play hockey! And I am not even talking about ice hockey! i can hardly 滑冰 on ice. i only watch winter sports because i suck at all of them

1) So we're not rude, what's the problem? (I've honestly never heard anyone say this)
2) This kind of ties in with politeness, doesn't it?
3) EHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEH. We don't, and yes this does get me mad sometimes. Although most of my 老友记 (Canadian ones of course) always make fun of this too. "I'm Canadian, eh!'.
4) I think they were just trying to do the opposite of the MacDonalds eating obese children in the US 或者 something. That's what I think, I've never actually heard this one either.
5) Not always, but last 年 it did snow in May. I was like "What the..." but it was only a thin layer. We live closer North, of course it's going to snow -__-
6) Hockey=agreed. Seriously, everyone gets too worked up about it. I told my 老友记 "Wouldn't it be funny if US won the Olympics because we basically made the sport?" and they called me an American. Are 你 serious, guys?
I've never seen a 海狸 或者 a moose in my life. But still, at least we got some creative coins.:)

BTW, 你 forgot the ABOOT thing. :)
