I heard somewhere they did that to make 粉丝 scratch their heads! :D They leaked 2 pictures (Blair 接吻 Chuck, Blair 接吻 Nate), so 粉丝 wouldn't know who will she end up with. And I guess they also filmed this, so 粉丝 wouldn't know! :D

Yeah, I saw her wiping her mouth but I think that was like joke! It looked like joke! :D
