Why do I get stared at so much 由 the way I dress?

Idk.... if I saw someone dressed like that I'd have to look also. People just don't see dress like that everyday. People might even think you're a... *GASP* weeaboo. And/or hungry for attention. (Massive head-bows? really?)

If that's your style...and 你 want to dress that way, fine....more power to ya... but 你 need to be able to handle the criticism that goes along with it. People are judgmental, and dressing like that probably doesn't make a best first impression. I'm just being honest.

你 shouldn't worry about others cause your trying to express yourself and trying to make your own style.don't worry about what others think because its your life.

Don't take it as a negative thing, sometimes when people are looking at 你 it's probably cuz they like what you're wearing. Well, that's usually what I think when I look at someone's outfit.

I remember one girl had a victorian style dress, but she had a modern 哥特式 edge to it, she really suited it.

Just remember it's not a bad thing to turn a few heads.

I think it's cool 你 dress like that :) it's unique, one of a kind. Don't care what others think there probably jealous that 你 have the confidence to dress that way.

Dressing how 你 want is fine just as long as 你 don't dress like your homeless 或者 a slut.

It depends on how they stare. If 你 dress the way 你 described, it is only to be expected that people will look at you, simply because they see something out of ordinary. It doesn't necesserily mean that they will stare in a negative and/or judgemental way. It is natural that in a group of, say, 20 people dressed in jeans and t-shirts a person dressed in an 'anime way' will stand out.
So yes, if 你 do not want to attract attention 你 should dress in a 更多 typical way. 你 are the only person who can say whether this attraction bothers 你 或者 not. If it doesn't, keep on dressing the way 你 do. :) If it does, well, there is another question: Do people just stare 或者 do 你 notice their negative attitude as well? I'm afraid that there's nothing 你 can do about those who do not accept individuality and want everyone to dress all the same, apart from ... ignoring them.

I think 你 probably have 更多 confidence than 你 think. It takes guts to stand out. Last 年 my daughter had the same problem at her old school. She's artistic and designs her own clothes, 或者 she likes to wear dresses from the '40s. Other people stared 或者 commented, usually negatively. When she tried to dress 更多 "normal", she then got flack for trying to fit in. Ultimately she decided that it's worthless to please others, so she dresses how she likes. Don't let other people get to you. You're young--enjoy it.
