How do I get him to like me?

Okay so I like this guy and have liked him for a while now. We text sometimes and see eachother on the weekend but we rarely talk. He is a 年 older than me and goes to a different school. Most of the guys at my school say that I'm pretty but im short...does that have to do with anything? Can any of 你 guys help me 由 telling me what to do for him to like me?
