Maria is pretty much the victim here. So there really wouldn't be a point in going against her in this case. Because she hasn't done anything wrong - their marriage was falling apart before Arnold ended serving his years as a governor.

So, I'm not really siding with anyone, since this doesn't really concern me. Plus, it's their business. Let them cope with it privately.

I'm on Team Maria because Maria Shriver did not deserve what Arnold Schwarzenegger did to her. She is the victim and she should get every penny that she deserves in the divorce.
