This was difficult, considering how many absolutely remarkable female characters were nominated, but I think that Yuuko deserves this. She is amazing almost beyond description. :)

Personally, I like CC, Lucy / Nyu / Kaede, and Suigintou more but I think Lacus deserves the title. <3
