I can't draw 日本漫画 women for shit. Does anyone know of an actually decent drawing tutorial out there?

Most of all the drawing tutorials I've seen have been for cutesy little generic lolly girls, and that's not what I need. I want to draw rough and tough female characters, but I have no idea how. Anybody know where to go?
