Personally, what would 你 rate elfen lied. (as in age rated.)

你 see i really want to watch elfen lied but unfortunately it is 18+. when i watched death note (without knowing it was 18+)i thought it was over rated. personally i'd put it 13+/14+ but i'm guessing since their was no such thing as 14+ they put it in the 18+ section. so i'm wondering what section would 你 personally put it in.

it's actually 17+ in the website i looked at but 18+ in a different one but still over rated. i think the reason they over rated it is because there are still some 13 yr olds that can't stand horror/blood.
