日本动漫 club help!!!

can someone give some ideas for my schools 日本动漫 club?this 年 we have 7 but we want 更多 members!well we just need some ideas on activities!this 年 we only talk about 随意 things , make a 日本漫画 but it took too long and watch 日本动漫 at least one 或者 two times!plz some help this 日本动漫 club!!!!
