Casting auditions for 250 extras were held in the British city of Plymouth on 6th and 7th August 2008. Requirements were for people with a 'Victorian look' and for applicants to have no visible tattoos, piercings 或者 dyed hair.

Actress Mia Wasikowska beat out several candidates for the role of Alice, including Amanda Seyfried and Lindsay Lohan, who lobbied for the role.

Small review of the Newest Alice In Wonderland Trailer

This hype is going to kill me. Am so excited!!!
The fiancee of Alice is exactly as i hoped creepy and majorly weird and Alice is better than i expected her to be.

I was delighted to hear Danny Elfmans distinctive 音乐 in the backround without him Alice In Wonderland wouldnt have been complete without him.

Let me be clear: I really enjoyed Tim Burton's take on "Alice in Wonderland." The story delivered a worthwhile continuation of Disney's original animated film while sticking to the twistedly whimsical spirit Lewis Carroll's classic book. A lot of folks felt the same way.

Then the movie ended. Like many, I was shaken 由 the... interesting creative choice made in the final 分钟 when Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter performs a CGI-assisted dance -- the Futterwacken -- to a techno beat. In the below clip from the Blu-ray/DVD's...

I found a copy of this at the 图书馆 and checked it out just to see what the movie would be like. I bought a copy about three days later. That book is the reason I 爱情 Alice in Wonderland so much.

DK Publishing has never put out a bad book. This time wasn't a dissapointment. The pictures in the Visual Guide are great. Really great, as in "I sat there looking at the pictures for two whole hours" great.

It's also very useful. Want to know where the Mad Hatter was born? How about a few words in Outlandish? Yup, the book has it. I was able to write a fanfiction...

Have 你 ever looked up what your name means? If not 你 should definitely do so. In the meantime, here are the origins and meanings of several of the names of caracters in the Alice in Wonderland movie. While some of the names from the 移动 are made-up (Seriously, when was the last time 你 actually met someone called "Tweedledee" 或者 "Mallymkun?"), plenty of them aren't.

Anyway, I just got back from 2 showings today, all dressed up as Tarrant and with 更多评论 pictures taken of me than I can count. They obviously liked my costume...they had better, I've spent well over a 年 making the darn thing.

ANYWAY. I I loved it. BOTH times. (And soon to be WAY 更多 as the days pogress)

You can't get enough of this movie. 你 really can't. Both times I watched it felt like the first...each time 你 notice something else, and something new. There's so much detail...
