since we’ve heard any actual new music from Adele. But that all ended this weekend. Probably.

On Saturday, this enigmatic teaser popped up on British televisions during broadcasts of “The X Factor.”

“Hello, it’s me,” a voice that sounds an awful lot like Adele’s sings on the stark black screen, as her words appear in white. “I was wondering if after all these years you’d like to meet / To go over / Everything / They say that time’s supposed to heal ya / But I ain’t done much healing …”

Seriously though. Is this Adele reintroducing herself to us? She’s hasn’t released a full-length album since 2011’s Grammy-winning

(which also took home Album Of The Year) and hasn’t had a single out since 2012’s “Skyfall,” the title theme to the James Bond film of the same name.

, is due out in November (in other words, like crazy soon), but so far, we’d heard nothing official from it. It would make sense that this is just a teaser for something much, much larger still to come. But seriously: Is it really Adele’s voice in the clip?
