Dear Ellen, I am at the end of my rope, I am on Social Security and need five thousand dollars to 移动 to Florida to be near my daughter in law. I live very frugally and can't get a loan because of a low credit score. (I don't buy a lot, because I don't need a lot) and I have never had a credit card.
