Is there anyway to 报道 someone on youtube?

There's this 10 或者 11 年 old girl on this one 黑塔利亚 video who literally wont stop trolling. She's been cursing, attacking, and even threatening people there in the comments. I saw her there months 以前 and I go back to the video and she's still there. Almost every single 评论 someone post she 回复 back saying something like, "YOUR A RETARD!", 或者 "NOBODY GIVES A SHIT!", 或者 something insulting the show.

Ugh, she's not letting up at all. it seems that people in the 评论 have been trying to ignore her but she seems to just get worse and worse with her replies.

Is there anyway I can 报道 her at all? 或者 contact the people who run youtube?
