Jade looked away from the inquiring bird, tears in her eyes.
“They got her.”

Jade shook her head.
“The Blade doesn't keep prisoners Robin. I'm sorry.”

All eyes turned to a girl who was sitting on a low beam above the doorway.
“Devin,” Artemis whispered.
“What'd 你 say?” Robin asked.
“Jade is wrong. Becca is still alive. She is of use to them. The Blade takes care of thieves, but not Becca. They need her.”
“What for Dev?”
Devin came to land on the ground.
“Becca has mystical powers. They want it.”
“Becca has powers?” Wally asked.
“In a way. She holds a mystic power, ancient and stronger than anything. She is protector of the power. And her body is the casing. Never is she allowed to use it. So, no she herself does not have powers. She just holds them.”
“I'm confused,” Megan admitted.
“It's like the Green Lantern. His ring posses power, but he himself has no true power.”
“Oh!”
“The same for Becca. Only her soul is the ring, occasionally being separated from her body.”
“Where is she now?” Robin asked.
“You have delivered her into the hands of her enemies little bird.”
Red X jumped down from the rafters, looking at the team.
“Who are you?”
“The name is Red X. I am Becca's...employer. And Jade's. Yes. It is true that they lied to you. But not fully. They worked to save you. Those files I asked for are very dear to the Blade. And Becca was in possession of them last. She 偷了 them back from me.”
“Why does the Blade want those files?”
“They are files concerning they have every new bit of information about every super villain you've fought. They also contain vital information on the Justice League.”
“What will they do with them?”
“Most likely form a team of villains. Strong, powerful, smart villains. And they'll use the JLA files to take down you're League.”
“How do we get Becca back?”
“That I don't know.”
