Past: Rose-Skull was a fairy, a time-traveling fairy to be exact. Many millennia ago, she was just a small child, but she was a chosen child. This meant that the 精灵 before Rose-Skull wanted her to be a fairy with her and 搜索 through all of time to find 更多 chosen children.. After thousands of years, they rejected her and left her on the streets of Cardiff, all alone; but still having her powers. From then on, she decided to become a villain, not knowing what other purpose she could do with her powers. Afterwards, she decided to go to America, sick and tired of Cardiff's 邪恶力量 things lurking about, and ended up on the East Coast, right near all the Justice League bases and cities.
