Physical Condition: Scott is limited 由 the force of his will and the strength of his body.
Naturally Occurring Limitation: Scott must manipulate weather patterns as they naturally exist. For example, he could end a drought in one area 由 creating torrential rains there, but that would necessitate robbing all available moisture from the surrounding area. Scott cannot create atmospheric conditions that cannot exist naturally on the planet he is on. He could not, for example, lower temperatures as far as absolute zero 或者 raise them to solar intensities.
Past: When Scott was outside playing with his friends, he was suddenly struck 由 lightning, Scott’s parents soon abandoned him because his emotions weren’t under control as a young boy, so the weather was terrible, leading up to caustrophic events

Before I unleash Hayden onto the world of RP (it should happen probably later tonight 或者 tomorrow) there was one change I wanted to make to his bio. I didn't really wanna re-post the whole bio, so the only change is involving his personality.
He's now cocky, arrogant, over-confident, and slightly obnoxious. He likes to tease and tends to pick on people smaller/younger/weaker than him. He's also a flirt and a cusser, plus he has a temper and can get very violent.
