How to write from a point of view of an emotionless character?

I recently got an idea of 写作 a short story 或者 extract where the main character is a homunculus, created 由 an alchemist, but she doesn't have any emotions. I know it may not be practical but I just thought it would be cool to experiment.
How should I approach it? What kinds of things can she experience and what things can she not? I don't want to make her the stereotypical dark and cold emotionless type, I want her to be just simply neutral, maybe even putting on a fake, forced friendliness.
Thanks in advance.

P.S. Would an emotionless character find people attractive?

Also would an emotionless character "want", 或者 "wish" anything?

Yes, they would, but sometimes they aren't as durastic like things such as a relationship, but 更多 或者 less like they wish they had emotions 或者 could feels things. Hope this helps

This is easy, but hard to explain. I personally am considered emotionless so I'll do what I can.
First, emotionless people can find people attractive, but don't go beyond that. But 你 could perhaps find someone she thought was attractive and that was it. Never over thought it 或者 anything, but say that person starts making her feel emotions, and she can't explain it.
Now, emotionless people sometimes are accused of being depressed because they don't seem so emotional 或者 heartfelt. they are just- nuetral. Force smiles etc. But 你 have to think of them like a normal person, they just don't seem to care about anything even if they do. They just don't know it yet.
I hope this helped. I'm sorry for the long explanation.
